Summer Launches: Two Schools, Two New Websites Made with TLC
Just in time for the new school year, we were thrilled to launch two school websites that showcase the power of great design, thoughtful strategy, and a smooth, organized process. Both Beacon Academy in Evanston, Illinois and Mount Saint Charles Academy in Woonsocket, Rhode Island partnered with us to bring their digital presence to life in unique, dynamic ways.
Beacon Academy: From Edlio to Engaging and Easy-to-Manage
Beacon Academy, a progressive independent high school, came to us with a clear challenge: their existing website on the Edlio platform was rigid and difficult to update. The site didn’t capture the energy of their student-centered culture or make it easy for staff to manage content.
Our Solution
We migrated Beacon Academy from Edlio to WordPress, giving them:
- A spectacular new design featuring dynamic animations, bold colors, and accessible layouts.
- A flexible, easy-to-edit platform using Beaver Builder, empowering staff to keep content fresh without technical hurdles.
- Streamlined navigation and content structure to highlight admissions, academics, and community engagement.

Mount Saint Charles Academy: Tradition Meets Innovation
Mount Saint Charles Academy, a Catholic middle and high school with more than a century of history, needed a site that reflected its traditions while embracing innovation. Their old website, built with Divi, was difficult to update and didn’t take advantage of their powerful Blackbaud systems.
Our Solution
We rebuilt the site in WordPress with Beaver Builder, integrating:
- Blackbaud data for calendars, staff directories, and athletics, keeping schedules and information accurate and up to date.
- A migration and reorganization of over 100 years of athletics history, now displayed in a visually engaging, easy-to-browse format that honors legacy while staying future-focused.
- A bold new design featuring animated typography, background video, and unique visual elements tied to Mount’s tagline: “Be a Mountie, Be Anything.”
- Accessibility and performance improvements to ensure usability for all audiences.

Mount now has a site that is both spectacular and functional … a perfect blend of history and modern storytelling.

For both schools, we ensured a thorough and highly organized process. Deadlines were met, and in some cases exceeded.
