Strategy
Together, we’ll strategize your message, content, SEO opportunities, and align these with your school or nonprofit’s goals. We’ll ensure that we address your current challenges and propose digital solutions that can be incorporated in your site.
Content
Together, we refine your website sitemap and ensure that we’re also taking into account SEO optimization for your nonprofit or school website. Next, we present a schematic outline of the content layout for the home page (called a wireframe). The content for your website follows - whether you create it yourself or work with one of our talented writers.
Design
Once the wireframe and content is finalized, we move onto a design mock up/ website prototype. You’ll have a chance to review the design elements and approve before we begin building a custom WordPress website on a staging server.
Refine
After initial development, we’ll present a staging version of your website to you and then work with you to make any final minor edits and refine before launching the website. We conduct thorough quality, user experience and mobile/browser testing on all website pages.
Analytics
Nonprofit and school website SEO is important! Upon launching your website, we’ll set up Google Analytics and Google Search Console to ensure that your website is being picked up in search engines and that your website is performing well.
Support
After completion of your project, you can opt into a monthly website support plan and keep your Design TLC team on your team at an affordable rate. Not all schools and nonprofits have a monthly need, but we can discuss with you if you are interested!
