What’s Included – Base Package ($875):

  • 1-hour strategy session with Tara
    • We’ll discuss your strategic goals for the site and conduct a homepage audit to identify opportunities for improvement. This may include:
      • Suggestions for accessibility updates (e.g., color contrast)*
      • Content clarity and messaging suggestions
      • Layout or design enhancements
      • Identifying outdated visuals or information
      • Basic review of Google Analytics and Search Console data (not a deep-dive or ad review)
  • Content and image updates on the following pages:
    • Home Page: Update featured images, calls to action, seasonal content, and introductory text
    • Admissions Page: Refresh process steps, key dates, downloadable PDFs, and images
    • About Page: Update school mission/vision, leadership blurbs, timeline/history content, and imagery
    • Tuition Page: Update pricing and related text for the new school year

Note: Client must provide updated content via Google Doc or email. We can help revise and optimize it together!

* This package does not include a detailed accessibility audit and the time/cost for implementing accessibility fixes, though some quick updates (such as basic contrast changes or alt text additions) may be possible within scope.

Perfect for clients using The Events Calendar plugin.

Event details must be provided in a Google Sheet.

➕ Staff & Board Directory Updates
Update names, roles, and photos on your team pages:

  • Up to 10 entries/photos – $155
  • Up to 20 entries/photos – $310

Details must be submitted via Google Sheet. Photos should be uploaded to your shared Google Drive and clearly labeled with each person’s name.
