Includes one hour (total) of support time per month and technical maintenance of 3 websites, including:

• Security monitoring to alert us if any malicious files appear on your website, and a firewall to help protect your site from hackers and malware. If a site we built for you is infected, in most cases we will clean it up at no extra charge.
• Monitoring of your website to alert us if your site goes down, so we can investigate and get your site back up as soon as possible.
• Weekly optimization of your website database, eliminating comment spam and old post revisions to help your website load faster and perform better.
