Objective
Design TLC was tasked with creating a visually compelling, easy-to-manage website that:
- Clearly articulated the school’s mission and values.
- Integrated dynamic animations and unique typography to reflect the school’s character.
- Featured a “Why” message on each top-level landing page to highlight the school’s core strengths.
- Incorporated testimonials to build credibility and connect with prospective families.
- Provided an intuitive user experience for parents, students, and prospective families.
Approach
To achieve these goals, Design TLC took the following steps:
- Discovery & Strategy: We collaborated closely with St. Luke’s to understand its mission, audience, and challenges with the existing website.
- Content & Messaging: We developed a strategic content structure that placed key messaging and testimonials throughout the site to reinforce the school’s strengths.
- Visual Design: We introduced dynamic animations and typographical treatments to create an engaging and welcoming online experience.
- User Experience Enhancements: We streamlined navigation to ensure users could easily find important information about admissions, academics, and student life.
- Development & Implementation: Using a flexible, user-friendly CMS, we built a website that allowed school staff to make updates easily without technical expertise.
Outcome
The redesigned website successfully:
